Located directly on the banks of the James River, Riverbank Terraces are bringing unmatched riverfront living to our community -- and each week brings more exciting developments here at Rocketts Landing. From breaking ground on construction to hosting a meet and greet for the first phase of Riverbank Terraces homeowners, we're thrilled for the progress and proud to share the news!
Phase 1 of Construction Underway
We have only two construction phases for Riverbank Terraces, and the first phase of homes has already begun. Featuring four unique townhomes (which are already sold out!), Riverbank Terraces offer each homeowner beautiful riverfront views and access to the James River and Virginia Capital Trail directly out their front door. Riverbank Terraces homeowners will also enjoy a plethora of other features, such as:
To date, our development team has cleared ground and started construction on each home's foundation, offering exciting sneak peeks into Riverbank Terraces’ upcoming awesome riverfront living at Rocketts Landing.
“After envisioning this project for the past six or so years, it’s personally exciting to see our vision becoming a reality for the only development of this kind in Richmond,” explains WVS Companies Chief Operating Officer Jason Vickers-Smith.
Meet and Greet at M Bistro & Wine Bar
At Rocketts Landing, our residents typically enjoy vibrant, active lifestyles, frequently socializing with one another during holidays, community events and happy hours (to name a few moments!). So when our first phase of Riverbank Terraces homeowners wanted to meet one another before moving into their homes, we were reminded of just how perfectly each new resident will fit into our community!
Last Thursday, four couples enjoyed a casual, fun meet and greet at M Bistro & Wine Bar that encapsulated the epitome of our residents’ active social lives. We had a great turnout and were thrilled to see everyone enjoy each other’s company over an afternoon of delicious food and drinks.
As new Riverbank Terraces developments emerge, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
