How will the auction work?
Selling our remaining homes in Fall Line, Sky Line and 210
Rock with this one-of-a-kind buying opportunity will allow interested buyers to
bid on their desired homes in a transparent process with competitive prices set
completely by the market. We have set minimum prices for each home, which will
serve as the auction starting point — with the lowest listed price being
$125,000. Boston-based firm Accelerated Marketing Partners is managing our auction,
and we're excited to have their experienced professionals supporting our team
and interested homebuyers throughout the process.

When are the open houses?
We believe that seeing our available homes firsthand is the best way to experience the Rocketts Landing lifestyle! To help interested buyers find just the right home, we're inviting the public to attend a series of open houses five days a week up until the auction. These self-guided tours will allow you to visit all homes in our upcoming auction that are located in our stylishly contemporary 210 Rock building and luxury Fall Line and Sky Line buildings. From an 893-square-feet flat in 210 Rock to a 2,188-square-feet home in Fall Line and beyond, you'll have a variety of quality homes to explore and choose from.

We will also hold two cocktail hours during our open houses on May 1 and May 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. where you can meet with our team, as well as other Rocketts Landing residents. And on May 11, we'll feature a "Taste of the Neighborhood" event, where our community's restaurants will be in our auction information center offering samples of their delicious eats for interested buyers to enjoy
What companies are managing the buying process?
We've sought out the best partners to help interested
homebuyers enjoy a seamless auction-buying experience. In addition
to Accelerated Marketing Partners leading the auction, we will have lender Will Ballentine from George Mason Mortgage onsite to help interested buyers discuss
their financing options. And the Bridge Trust Title Group will serve as the
closing agent. Any winning bidders who work with Bridge Trust Title Group and
Will Ballentine (from George Mason Mortgage) will receive a $2,000 incentive and
a financing contingency.
