Development of New Homes Continue at Rocketts Landing

Much of life may be on pause right now as we navigate the coronavirus climate. And while we’ve all been doing our part to stay at home, we're happy to share that development continues at Rocketts Landing. Second Phase of East 51 Apartments (Block 17)

For those who enjoy an apartment with a view, the next phase of these homes are underway — with the first batch available for move-in starting this fall. In total, 126 apartments will become available, offering 1- or 2-bedroom layouts, and between 547 – 1,152 square feet of living space.

Each apartment offers modern, cozy living with features that include granite counters, full-sized washer and dryer in unit, and walk-in closets. You’ll also enjoy stunning river views and balconies to enjoy the ambience. You further have access to great building amenities and the benefits of living at our community, such as rooftop deck, covered parking, and riverfront pools.

HHHunt Townhomes on Block 20

The sophisticated, comfortable living offered by HHHunt continues — and we’ve already sold a handful of these new homes. With outdoor terraces and two different floorpans to choose from, Block 20 will bring a total of 32 townhomes to our community.

The Drake and Cameron layouts are similar yet offer homebuyers different floorpans to fit their needs. Choose from either more exterior space with a covered front porch on the second floor or more interior space and a larger family room. You also can select between layouts of the main living areas, including the family room, dining room, and kitchen.
