At Rocketts Landing, we are endlessly fascinated by the variety of interests our residents pursue. So, when we hear a unique story about someone engaged in their passions, whether professionally or personally, we can't help but spread the word!
At Rocketts Landing, we love that we're surrounded by an array of wildlife, even though we're only three minutes from downtown. In fact, this feature is one of the many reasons our residents (residential and commercial, alike) choose our community. From seeing great blue herons, otters, turtles and eagles (and even once a manatee!) to enjoying instant access to the James River, the great outdoors is a big part of the Rocketts Landing -- and Richmond -- experience.
Once again, the time is here to come out to Rocketts Landing and marvel at the men and women competing in our Rocketts Landing Triathlon. As an annual sports event produced by Richmond Multisports, the triathlon offers a competitive course that spans downtown Richmond with urban panoramas and pastoral landscapes matched by inviting river views.
At Rocketts Landing, we love the fact that an array of delicious restaurants surround our community. Not only do we have our own growing collection of restaurants onsite, Richmond taps into quite a scene of local foodies and chefs continually invigorating our city's eclectic dining environment.
M Bistro & Wine Bar is the newest addition to our growing restaurant scene here at Rocketts Landing, and we've recently heard that opening day is just a couple weeks away!
When visiting Rocketts Landing, community residents and visitors, alike, are quick to notice the Power Plant: a stunning structure overlooking the James River. Currently home to the highly popular restaurant The Boathouse, as well as the Virginia Boat Club (VBC) and VCU Crew Club, the building has long-standing ties with downtown Richmond.
For the past eight years at Rocketts Landing, we've hosted the Virginia Boat Club's Sprints Regatta -- and this Saturday's race is turning out to be one exciting day of events!
Conch Republic Rocketts is certainly not holding back in offering Richmond a good time. Since opening at Rocketts Landing on April 14, they've hit the ground running and continue to pull in crowds of restaurant goers ready to experience the Key West-themed restaurant.
